SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Effective October 28, 2001.


The following are our Thoomp! online retail store shipping and return policies.
Please read the following terms carefully before ordering.


SHIPPING

We ship all orders received via USPS Priority Mail service, as it continues to prove both efficient and affordable for our customers. We do not mark-up our shipping rates, and we do not charge extra handling fees.

Shipping rates calculated on our website are approximate. Accordingly, we will not charge you a greater shipping rate than what is calculated and displayed at the time of online checkout.

For most orders, we will typically ship out your product within 2-3 business days (if not sooner) from the time of your online order. In the event that we are out of stock of a product, we will do our best to notify you of any delays.

We track our orders via USPS delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items gone missing after a USPS delivery confirmation has been made. If greater shipping security or insurance is required, please notify us in the "COMMENTS" section during checkout. Please note that such services will cost extra.

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Special orders typically take up to a few weeks to fulfill, especially if we need to obtain custom apparel styles, etc. Accordingly, we appreciate your patience!

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns for either merchandise exchange or store credit within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. All items must be returned in new and resaleable condition.

After fourteen (14) calendar days from the confirmation of delivery date, all sales are final.

Our return process is fairly simple:

1) Send us an email at returns@thoomp.com. Please indicate your reason for return, and if you would prefer merchandise exchange or store credit.

2) We will manually issue you a RMA number via email.

3) Ship your order back to us with your RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

4) All returns must be received by us within 7 (seven) calendar days of the RMA issue date or the order will be regarded as final.

5) Upon receipt of your returned item, which must be in new and resaleable condition, we will then issue you either a merchandise exchange or a store credit, per your request.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

* Packages not displaying a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
* Packages shipped without a valid RMA number and do not require a signature for delivery will not be returned to the customer, and no merchandise credit or exchange will be offered.
* Items returned in non-resalable condition will not be returned to the customer and no merchandise exchange or store credit will be offered.
* All RMA numbers expire seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue.
* We cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
